The corrosion behaviour of 6082 aluminium alloy was studied by measuring the electrochemical impedance spectra and electrode polarization curves. After the electrochemical tests, a microstructural analysis of the samples was conducted by using optical microscopy and electron scanning microscopy techniques to determine the corrosion mechanism. The results show that the Nyquist plot of the electrochemical impedance data in the NaCl solution consists of high- and low-frequency capacitive impedance loops. When ions are added to the NaCl etchant, the Nyquist plots of the electrochemical impedance data are composed of two different curves: a high-frequency capacitive impedance loop and a low-frequency inductive impedance loop. The corrosion current density increases with increasing concentration, and as a result, the corrosion resistance of the aluminium alloy decreases. The microstructures of 6082 aluminium alloy consist of Mg2Si secondary particles in a large α-Al matrix. Pitting corrosion initially occurs at the boundary between the matrix and secondary particles because the electrode potentials of the matrix and secondary particles are different. Then, corrosion paths develop along the network-like grain boundaries, and finally, massive network-like corrosion occurs throughout the entire alloy.  相似文献

对煤的自燃倾向进行快速有效鉴别,有助于对煤的自燃倾向采取分级分类管理从而有效防治煤矿火灾,因而采用绝热式自燃测试方法对煤的自燃倾向进行准确分析很有必要。简要介绍绝热式自燃测试方法的测试原理及其仪器结构,模拟煤炭自燃的物理过程,通过采用包括反应器、气体预热铜管和跟踪温度控制方式等综合绝热措施以实现300 g煤样的自然发火实验,记录煤样从40℃上升到70℃的升温速率(或前30 h的升温速率),测试煤样的自燃特性曲线并分析曲线特征。即建立煤绝热氧化产热速率计算模型,结合实验数据计算所得的煤在绝热氧化条件下的升温速率和产热速率可鉴定煤自燃倾向性的强弱。采用绝热式自燃测试方法对不同煤的自燃倾向分析后表明,无烟煤和部分烟煤的自燃倾向较低,褐煤的自燃倾向较高,故而在煤矿开采时需特别注意褐煤的自燃倾向。  相似文献

高速动车组转向架构架对高速动车组的运行品质、行车安全起到至关重要的作用。为向355 MPa级转向架构架用钢的工业试制提供指导,在Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机上进行了热模拟试验,结合热膨胀法和金相-硬度法,绘制了355 MPa级转向架构架用钢动态连续冷却转变曲线,研究了试验钢在连续冷却条件下的显微组织演变规律。结果表明,冷速小于1 ℃/s时,其组织主要为多边形铁素体和珠光体;冷速大于5 ℃/s时,贝氏体类组织快速增加;冷速达到50 ℃/s时,为板条贝氏体组织。因此,对于355 MPa级转向架构架用钢,冷速控制在1~5 ℃/s较为适宜,其组织主要由比例适中软硬性相结合的铁素体、珠光体和贝氏体构成,可以获得优良的强韧性匹配。  相似文献

Garnet-type Li5La3Ta2O12 (LLTaO) solid electrolyte is a potential candidate component for future all-solid-state batteries due to its extraordinary stability against the reaction with molten lithium. In contrast with traditional cold isostatic pressing (CIP) method, which generally pursues ultra-high pressure, this paper tries to enhance the density and ionic conductivity of LLTaO by self-consolidation strategy without the assistance of any pressing operations. A LLTaO bulk with a relative density of 95% is obtained. SEM images reveal that the bulk sample is assembled by large dense particles in size of tens of microns indicating that the interstitial space among the particles has been dramatically minimized. Accordingly, the total ionic conductivity and the bulk ionic conductivity at 30?°C are promoted up about one order of magnitude higher to 2.63?× 10?5 S?cm?1 and 1.41?×?10?4 S?cm?1, respectively. Moreover, the lithium ionic migration network in the crystalline unit cell of LLTaO is first explored from its assembled way. A hexagon-like basic unit with tetrahedral Li1 joint sites and Li1- - Li1 edges is identified. The tetrahedral Li1 sites act as crucial junctions for the transportation of lithium ions. This work would significantly stimulate the development of LLTaO electrolyte membrane technology.  相似文献

Gd and Al co-doped LiMn2-x(GdAl)xO4 (x?=?0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04 and 0.05) materials with spinel structure were synthesized by sol–gel method. Powder X-ray diffraction results confirm the formation of cubic spinel structure and average particle sizes are found to be between 80 and 110?nm from FE-SEM and TEM analysis. Decrease in peak potential difference as a function of doping in Cyclic Voltammetry results establishes enhancement in Li+ intercalation and de-intercalation. Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) results showed that accumulation of charges on electrode has improved with doping over pristine samples. At a doping of x?=?0.02 charge transfer resistance values were found to be least. First cycle charge–discharge profiles for LiMn1.96(GdAl)0.02O4 shows 139.2?mAh/g discharge capacity over other doped derivatives and pure LiMn2O4 (119.6?mAh/g) in aqueous Li2SO4 electrolyte. Doping of x?=?0.02 exhibit good cycling performance with only a total 4% capacity loss after 30 cycles.  相似文献

Garnet-like Li7La3Zr2O12 electrolytes with Nb doping are synthesized by self-consolidation method. Different from conventional methods such as cold or hot isostatic pressing, not any pressing assistance is employed throughout the preparation process. Although the preparation process is dramatically simplified, both density and ionic conductivity of the obtained samples are enhanced. Nb-doped content plays a key role in the sintering of the packed precursor powders and in the structure stabilization of the obtained bulk samples. The optimized 0.60?mol Nb-doped sample with relative density of 94%, fine particle boundaries, and solitary cubic structure possesses the maximum total ionic conductivity of 5.22?×?10?4?S?cm?1 at 30?°C, which is comparable to the highest reported value of the samples prepared by conventional pressing methods. This work verifies that self-consolidation strategy is effective, reliable, and productive for the preparation of cubic Li7La3Zr2O12 electrolyte, which would significantly facilitate the development of ceramic electrolyte membrane technology.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了锰基富锂正极材料Li1.2Ni0.2Mn0.59Co0.01O2。在类似的实验条件下制备了3组样品。分别用3组共计13个样品作为正极、金属锂作为负极制备了扣式电池以研究其首次充放电曲线和Coulomb效率。发现首次充电时平台容量(CP)占总充电容量(CT)的比例为首次Coulomb效率的曲线函数。而首次放电时,在3.5 V两侧均有1个放电平台,其微分容量曲线(d Q/d U)中2个峰的峰值比(PB/PC)为首次Coulomb效率的线性函数。通过分析,提出一个模型来解释锰基富锂材料的首次充放电行为。  相似文献

由于长岭凹陷区经过近60年的勘探开发,再加上井场井眼条件的差异、测井系列、仪器刻度、测量时间及操作者不同等因素,使得各测井曲线存在系统误差。因此在开展储层参数研究和有效厚度划分时,为消除这些非地层因素对原始资料的影响,有必要对测井曲线进行标准化,以保证解释结果的合理性与可靠性。测井曲线标准化方法可以分为定性和定量两种类型。其中定性方法主要包括直方图法标准化校正、均值法标准化校正和重叠图法标准化校正;定量方法则为趋势面分析校正法。本论文利用Matlab软件,采用趋势面方法对研究区域内的井进行测井曲线标准化。结果表明经过趋势面法标准化校正能够消除不利因素,准确的提取出测井曲线中的各种有用地质信息。  相似文献

The low price of lead-acid, the most popular battery, is often used in setting cost targets for emerging energy storage technologies. Future cost reductions in lead acid batteries could increase investment and time scales needed for emerging storage technologies to reach cost-parity. In this paper the first documented model of cost reductions for lead-acid batteries is developed. Regression to a standard experience curve using 1989–2012 data yield a poor fit, with R2 values of 0.17 for small batteries and 0.05 for larger systems. To address this problem, battery costs are separated into material and residual costs, and experience curves developed for residual costs. Depending on the year, residual costs account for 41–86% of total battery cost. Using running-time averages to address volatility in material costs, a 4-year time average experience curve for residual costs yield much higher R2, 0.78 for small and 0.74 for large lead-acid batteries. The learning rate for residual costs in lead-acid batteries is 20%, a discovery with policy implications. Neglecting to consider cost reductions in lead-acid batteries could result in failure of energy storage start-ups and public policy programs. Generalizing this result, learning in incumbent technologies must be understood to assess the potential of emerging ones.  相似文献

A reverse flow diverter (RFD) consists of a driving nozzle, a diffuser, and a suction gap that separates the nozzle and diffuser. Thus, the RFD is a Venturi-like fluidic component with three ports. The jet flow emanating from the driving nozzle exit can entrain the ambient fluid and transport it to a high elevation. During this time, the flow through the RFD is non-steady, which makes it difficult to measure the flow depending on the pressure drop. In this study, a series of tests was carried out to evaluate this fluid flow with different contraction ratios, suction gap lengths, fluid properties, inlet flow rates, and inlet pressures. A performance curve was formulated that can be expressed as an exponential equation correlating the non-dimensional Euler number, pressure ratio, and suction factor. The performance curve is not affected by the driving nozzle exit diameter and suction length of the RFD. The performance curve makes it possible to measure the flow out of a RFD depending on the pressure drop.  相似文献
